In a shaker or blender, mix 6 grams (one heaped scoop) of Colon Cleanse Formula in purified water (200ml) and organic apple juice (50ml)* and drink 30 mins before breakfast. OPTIONALLY take a second serve daily, 30 mins before dinner. * The 50ml of apple juice is optional to improve flavour and only yields 1.5 net carbs.

IMPORTANT: This product contains fibre and herbal laxatives that stimulate your colon, so star t with 1 SERVE ONLY of 1/2 a scoop (30 mins before breakfast ) and build gradually to one heaped scoop over 3 days. Save 2nd dose for week 2 as required. This product should be taken in a minimum of 250ml of purified water to successfully aid laxation.

Take cautionary measures if on any medication: Detoxification can potentially alter the way in which certain medications work. Take your Smart Cleanse products first then wait 2-3 hours until you take your medication. The great thing about the Smart Cleanse detox program is that you only have to take your products morning and night, so you then take your medication at lunchtime and then before bed.

Pre-detox preparation is a must: It is highly recommended to taper off the major toxins such as caffeine, alcohol, sugar and processed salt gradually over 4 days to avoid withdrawal symptoms.

Colon Cleanse Formula in week 1: A source of fibre which aids regular laxation. Every individual responds differently so it is suggested to start at half a scoop once daily only (30mins before breakfast), then build the serve gradually over 3 days to one heaped scoop. OPTIONALLY build to 2 heaped scoops daily only if required. 

Take cautionary measures if on any medication: Detoxification can potentially alter the way in which certain medications work. To solve that problem all you need to do is take your medication 2-3 hours apart. The great thing about this detox program is that you only need to take your Smart Cleanse products morning and night, so you can take your medication mid-morning, lunchtime, early afternoon or just before bed.

Vitamins and minerals: can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate. Drink plenty of water. If symptoms persist, talk to your healthcare practitioner.
